Exchange Students coming to HSI

We are aware of the situation that some students have a lack of German language skills and therefore, hesitate to study in Germany.

Although we encourage students to acquire some basics in German before they come to Ingolstadt University (which of course might be helpful outside the campus) , they can enrole in a number of different courses for which no or only little German knowlegde is required.

Exchange students can either enrole in

• English taught courses
• Design projects which are conducted in English (project report can be submitted in English)
• Final year projects supervised and submission in English
